How does this thing work and who is it suitable for?
The Toolz yoga blocks make it easier for you to access various yoga exercises and prepare your body for a more complex yoga practice. The blocks can provide you with an elevation or a base for your asanas and also allow your body to get into and stay in complex positions. The Pilates block can be used, for example, as a support surface for the lower back or to support the hands when bending down to stretch the back thigh muscles. Your shortening can be gradually improved in this way. Simply place the yoga blocks under certain parts of your body so that they get the right support for certain stretching positions and become a yogi master.
