Delivery Terms and Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made from the warehouse of Spodeco GmbH. The delivery time may be extended by the time it takes for the buyer to provide us with the necessary information for order processing and, if agreed, for an advance payment or deposit to be received by us. In the event of operational disruptions, particularly strikes and lockouts, as well as other circumstances beyond our control, such as official or legal regulations (e.g., import and export restrictions) or delays due to force majeure, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will inform the customer immediately about the start and end of such disruptions.
The following shipping costs apply to deliveries:
