The Toolz Multi Purpose Dribbling Post Set is a versatile training element for maximum fun and maximum training effect at the same time. The wide range of combination options allows you to tailor your training to your individual needs and improve your fitness skills to the maximum. How does this thing work and who is it suitable for?
The set consists of three basic parts:
- Poles: Approximately 100 cm long, made of soft material to prevent possible injuries to children. At the same time, however, they are sturdy enough that the poles cannot break.
- Pylons/cones: Robust cones made of high-quality plastic with 12 cone holes for inserting the rods
- Clips: Easily, quickly and easily attach the bars to create different exercises and challenges.
The coordination elements of the slalom and hurdle set can be individually assembled to meet the needs of each individual athlete. The poles can be inserted into the cones from above and set up as a slalom. In addition, the poles can be pushed into the holes in the cones to set low heights, which are particularly needed for training with children. Poles can be attached horizontally using connecting clips, allowing the high heights required to be set as required. The pylons can also be used without the poles, providing an additional training aid for various exercises. The coordination elements can be used to set up a course with many possible combinations, allowing you to improve your agility, coordination and endurance. In addition to changing direction and speed, hurdles are a great way to train your jumping power. All jump, sprint and run combinations can be done forwards, backwards or sideways through the course, bringing more variety to your training.
